Franchise Consultant Lead Policy
Leads, in most cases and barring any technical issues, are distributed in real time each and every day of the week. There will be times when a lead provider or our system may have a technical issue that could cause a slight delay. This is not the norm and any leads that are delayed will be forwarded as soon as possible. Monitoring procedures are in place to monitor the system’s lead processing. Fresh leads are better than aged leads, no doubt, but things can happen.
a. Our program is designed to provide you with the number of leads you desire each week. This can vary depending on on the sates that you have chosen. Under most circumstances larger weekly lead ow requests aren’t an issue, but there may be times that these requests can’t be completely fulfilled Again, we’ll do our best to accommodate larger lead requests, but remember that these are real time leads and are not simply being forwarded to you from an excel spreadsheet--they’re being generated and immediately forwarded to you.
b. The minimum target amount for you is 5 leads per week. The maximum is up to you!
c. With brokers opting in and out of the program weekly, it is a great challenge to hit the mark each and every week. Since we cannot always and completely control the lead flow on our lead partner sites, we can’t guarantee a specific amount on any given week. This is a simple and truthful reality of real-time lead generation.
d. Requests for changes to your account will be handled as quickly as possible. Simply notifying us of a change in your lead state selection or hold status does not mean that it will take effect immediately, but again we will do our best to accommodate. f. Lead purchases are final.You can replenish your lead bank at www.franchiseconsultantleads.comLeads are $30 apiece and can be purchased in blocks of 50, 100, or 150. There will be times in which you receive what has been referred to as a“ bad lead”, when this happens we still incur the cost of the lead and will do our best to get you a replacement lead. A bad lead has a bad email address and an invalid phone number.

As well as the bad habits that bad brokers routinely exhibit. Having said that, please note that these are leads and not sales. As with any lead source (despite what their over-the-top marketing materials or high velocity salespeople might tell you), there will be varying degrees of quality with leads from all lead sources. This is a simple function of people entering their information online and requesting more information.
Now, if you really only want “closed deals” meaning, if you only want leads that are guaranteed to immediately trust you, listen to every word you as if it was Gospel, then you should seriously ponder if any lead source is the right path for you. As business people, we need to look at the total investment for being a broker, potential income generated from placing a client, and then consider the risk to reward ratio, why referral fees are what they are, etc.
